Architected enterprise RAG pipelines, payment rails & isolated workflow engines

• Designed a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline using Node.js Transform streams to process 10,000+ scanned documents. Piped Google Vision API OCR output through cleaning stages, generated embeddings via Gemini text-embedding-004, and stored vectors in MongoDB Atlas Vector Search for accurate search and AI answers.
• Built secure payment processing modules preventing duplicate transactions for Tkambio USA integrated with MONEX USA APIs. Implemented PostgreSQL advisory locks for transaction safety, Redis-cached real-time foreign exchange rate feeds across 10+ currency pairs, and safe payment settlements with automatic rollback on failure.
• Built a plugin-based workflow execution engine in Node.js with 10+ automation blocks, each running as an isolated async function. Integrated Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Google Sheets, and AWS S3. Deployed with Docker and GitHub Actions using zero-downtime rolling updates via PM2 cluster mode.
• Developed a multi-tenant CRM with isolated PostgreSQL schemas for each client. Implemented JWT role and permission middleware, WhatsApp Business API and Meta Ads webhooks with secure signature verification, and a real-time analytics dashboard using MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
• Built event-driven clinical workflows for OABS supporting 200+ monthly sessions. Used Node.js EventEmitter for async AI summary generation, enforced role-based access control (RBAC) across patient, therapist, and admin roles with JWT middleware guards, and automated Google Meet scheduling via Calendar API.
• Built an end-to-end manufacturing ERP covering price quotes, sales orders, work orders, shop-floor tracking, and invoicing. Integrated QuickBooks APIs for financial accounting using PostgreSQL transactions to ensure consistent order states.

Built retail sales forecasting models with Random Forest and XGBoost

Engineered predictive sales forecasting pipelines on two years of historical data with feature engineering on seasonality and promotions, evaluated and validated with MAE as the primary metric.
